Who controls your data

Packvault Services Ltd (HE496960) is the controller of information collected through this waitlist.

What we collect

We store the email address you submit, the time you joined, your IP address, a pseudonymous device identifier, and device, browser, network, and security signals associated with your waitlist submission. Cloudflare Turnstile, Fingerprint, Vercel, and our infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To send Packvault launch and availability updates you requested.
• To operate, secure, and prevent abuse of the waitlist.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, Railway for database infrastructure, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and Fingerprint for device intelligence and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We retain your waitlist record while preparing and communicating the Packvault launch, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
